I’m a talent partner, business owner, and a storyteller who’s spent the past decade building teams for international organizations.

Expertise

I have spent over 12 years working in talent acquisition in high-growth international environments – from executive search through university recruiting, to recruiting leadership roles within tech start-ups and scale-ups – before setting up my own business in 2021 to help innovative businesses grow.

My experience has helped me develop a deep understanding of the challenges in building and scaling successful teams.

I have a successful track record of building recruiting, sales, marketing, customer success, operations and product teams in a variety of sectors including SaaS, financial services and logistics.

Having worked with multiple international organizations, I understand the challenges of scaling across different cultures and opening new offices in the Netherlands, Germany, the UK and Denmark.
