“My career started in Executive Search, where I worked closely with international organizations to build their leadership teams in marketing and communications. Then I made a 180 degree shift into early career and university recruiting, followed by my first role in the tech industry.

Since then I have had the pleasure to build multiple recruiting teams for high-growth organizations, 10x their teams and open multiple new offices across Europe.

Following my passion for learning and growth, I set up my own business in 2021 to help innovative leaders build their teams. I believe in the power of teams and the role talent acquisition plays in that.”
